Life is messy and you have to admit it. Life is never too good for anyone or too bad for anyone. We have different situations in life due to our karma from this and previous births. But you got to take out time for yourself.
Taking out time gives you a feeling of being alive.
What is life really about?
Is it really about achieving everything you want? But most of the times people realize that there is no end to dreams of people. More you achieve, more you shall crave to achieve. So it's really never ending right? Ummm.. Kinda yes.. it depends on what you want on your death bed.
The Death Bed Scene
Imagine being on your death bed and realizing that you had a lot of friends, you had a great life with a lot of laughter, you brought smile to a lot of people, you put your time just where you should have put. It's pretty obvious while doing something, you will miss many other things. But what is it that you really want? Is it a lot of struggle and a lot of wealth, enough to solve many financial problems of your future generations or probably you want to dedicate your entire time to singing as a profession?

The answer for the question above really lies within yourself. To understand yourself, you need to take time out for yourself. So generate good habits. Start taking time out for yourself. Understand yourself and go for it. For you to be happy on your death bed, you need to know what you wanted.
Take time out for yourself as and when you can to check on yourself, how you are feeling, are you happy, what are the factors that affect you in good and bad sense. And work on it regularly to check how you feel then.
